In reply to: [Autoptimize] Broken pages even if I reset and delete pluginHi there – my apologies. It seems that a completely different plugin (Custom Facebook Feed Pro Elite from Smash Balloon) was the cause. Our thinking was that this was the only site showing the issue and the only site with your plugin compared to all the other sites. We have now fixed the issue. Thank you for responding.
Also.. just an FYI for the future, for some reason Imgur has blocked / been blocked in the UK, so anyone trying to view any images in Imgur cannot see them.

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Woo and the new PDDP rulesThanks for that, much appreciated. It look like the Extra Fees Plugin for WooCommerce might do the trick. Just had a quick look but I’ll dig deeper later this afternoon.
The biggest issue we (and I guess most other global businesses now selling to people in the USA) is that this is a US specific issue (certainly for us here in the UK – other sellers might have a similar issue with other countries depending on where they are located).

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Invalid JSON issue with CF7Is there any way to send you this information privately – I’d rather not be listing a load of clients sites openly here that have issues I’m trying to resolve for them.
Hi there – is there any way I can send you this information privately, due to the restrictions on this particular site for public access.? Thanks – TONY
Same here – will be watching this thread for updates.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Canuck] Cannot change the title of the Recent Posts widgetThanks for getting back to me – but this doesn’t work 🙁
Still showing ‘Recent Posts’. Tried it in Custom CSS and the your themes Additional CSS panels, multiple refreshes etc.. and no joy.
Any ideas.
ah thanks for that – I’ll try the downgrade now.
I haven’t down graded yet – sorry if my post wasn’t clear. The crash happened when we UPGRADED, my question was if we DOWNGRADE will the CSS code changes we,ve made still be visible.?
When you downgraded did it keep all the css code changes you made ..? Our client site became inaccessible when we applied the latest update so the server tech had a look and this was the issue:
[fcgid:warn] [pid 27640:tid xxxxxxxxxxxx] [client xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/my-custom-css/my-custom-css.php on line 69
Had to disable the plungin to get back in the site but now can’t access the custom CSS we put in this plugin for the site.
Is there any way to access the custom css site settings made via this plugin, before we have to do a full site restore to the previous backup.?
