Uninstalling, and reinstalling worked for me. I got two orders with the prefix showing after that. However, on the third order, the prefix is gone again and only the numbers are in it. One thing I noticed is the third order came from a third party plugin which is eBaylinker. Orders are made via eBay, and the third party plugin updates it on our site I believe. Any help please?
