In reply to: Easiest way of moving your wordpress to a new folder? My root directory is being used for a different website. I want users to type in http://www.borgenfalk.com/wedding to get to the site..
So what would be the best fix now since I´m moving it from one subdirectory to another? Step-by-step would be very helpful!!thanks a lot!!

In reply to: Easiest way of moving your wordpress to a new folder?Yes exactly. It’s up running on /WordPress and always had been. Following the instructions under “when the URL changes – on your existing server” doesn’t work. When I hit save after changing the URLs it looks like wp is trying to access the new empty folder causing the error message to appear. Could that be the problem? If yes, what could I do to get around it? Can I make the same change in one of the php-files?
Thanks

In reply to: Easiest way of moving your wordpress to a new folder?Hm, not quite sure which one to try.. I´m using the same server and just moving it to a folder with a new name pretty much.
I managed to get rid of the define-script so it´s pretty much back to normal.
I tried changing the URI and URL in general settings now and when i click Save settings, it says something like (can´t access /wedding folder). When i then (without trying to access the website as it says) move all the files to the new folder via ftp and then try to access it it doesn´t work…. don´t know what the problem is :/
