Hi,
I have updated the plugin and also cleared my cache.
I can now see the “Activated” checkbox on the Popup settings but even when I untick and then tick again and save the changes, the status still displays as “Deactivated” in the list.

Scroll down and click on the “Reviews” button in red. You will see that no popup appears.
