When I ask them if they have received the email with the special link they sometimes tell me they didn’t. Perhaps it goes into spam. Anyway, today another member encountered the same issue but then he found the link and created his username. So it’s working all good. Thanks for prompt replies as always.

When you click members the entire list comes up and at the top menu I can click on userid and username to put them into ascending order but there can be more options to to sort them out with membership level, account state, account start date etc? All you need to do is to make those as links to put them into order like the userid. Thanks.Forum: Plugins

I followed all the instructions apart from the last one with IPN feature. Perhaps that was the reason. I enabled the feature now.
But I noticed there might be another reason. When I created the monthly or yearly membership levels I put expiry after one month for the monthly. However, they shouldn’t expire at all right. As long as the payments are coming they should be active and when the payment stops the membership becomes inactive. Is this correct?
Shall I put all the memberships to “no expiry”?Forum: Plugins

But then I emptied the browser cache and tried a few things and now Icharus is gone and I’m able to login with my test username. The weird thing is this icharus is stuck somewhere and keeps getting delivered. So odd.

I had plugins installed but I disabled and deleted them. No cache at the moment. Just today one of the paid members reported that he logs in and sees the free user Icharus account. This is a so weird because I already removed that account from the members list. I’m desperate please help.Is it a browser problem on the users end? I ask them to empty cache, try a different browser and reset browser but not sure if this is the permanent solution.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Free members seeing another member's detailsThe log file doesn’t show anything that sort. It actually doesn’t indicate what the members are seeing when they log on. Some of them sees other people’s accounts and log file doesn’t show that sort of thing.
