Thanks for the reply, this is strange, because on my plugin settings page, i have the SMTP port set to 587, but when i send a test email, the smtp port is still saying 26, how can in manually change this other than on the plugin settings page?
ok, so I have tried this again this morning, and the job now runs, I’m guessing this must be related to something being cached by the godaddy hosting, either way, my backups are working, so thanks

just worked it out, it was a permissions error on the gallery folder in the wp_content folder, it was set top 755, i changed it 775 and now the rotate image works perfectly 🙂
hope this helps anybody else who gets stuck on this

i am having the same problem, i have changed the php memory using the .htaccess file, it works fine when logged in as the global admin, but any lower role throws the error, there is a more detailed description here:

i have tested with a new site build, and still get the same errors!?
its rather frustrating, as other than this bug, it is an amazing plug-in
has nobody else had this problem then? looks like im going to have to write a hack for it then 🙁
