You can enter the editor of plugin in the file sticky-popup/css/sticky-popup.css
And by there, you could adjust whatever you like – background color, height, width, font-size and padding.
Just let me know if you cant find, what you’re looking for.
I had more or less the same issue as you and managed to fix in the Editor-file, and i am no wordpress-genious
