Thanks for the help and fix Paul. Updating to Styles: TwentyTwelve 1.0.7 fixed the problem.

I do have, but it does not seem to affect the WordPress link, only the copyright text line installed. Below is a link to a screenshot set on 12 px. Notice it did not re-size the WordPress link
