Another thing – can I set somewhere that the content of page was just under the menu? Without a title and with a minimum gap between them.

In reply to: Strange "banner" thing and Twenty Eleven spaces!I do not modify the main theme of WordPress. I made a copy of the entire catalog of the Twenty Eleven and play aroun this copy.
I added a sample page content.
I do not know what happened but the margins lined up properly 🙂 I hope permanently.
I still have the problem of the word “banner” and the space between the menu and the content of the page
