In reply to: [Login as User] Can’t go back to user or access wp-admin1. In Ultimate Membership Pro → WP Admin Dashboard Access, temporarily enable access for the Customer role as well, and test the “Go back to admin” flow. TESTED AND THIS DOES FIX THE ISSUE
We don’t want to keep that enabled as it will allow customers to access the backend of the website, but we’ve reached out to their dev team to ask about that whitelist that from their dashboard restriction. Thank you for the insight and assistance here!

I tried switching to another Admin user and it allows me to switch back without the error. However, if I login as a User Role > Customer, I am unable to switch back. Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Login as User] Can’t go back to user or access wp-adminI copied to staging, upgraded to php 8.4, updated all plugins (WP was already at latest). I then tried deactivating plugins one by one and it seems its a conflict with “Indeed Ultimate Learning Pro Modified” AND “Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro”. I deactivated all other plugins except “Login as User” and had no issue switching users. I then acticvated “Indeed Ultimate Learning Pro Modified” and the issue came back. I deactivated that plugin and activated “Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro” and the issue was still present.

Thanks for the info on the Personal list page. It looks like the user’s IP and email address were both already added there (I assume when I marked the record as NOT SPAM). However, in the Notes column, it says “For 30 days from feedback.” When I click Actions > Show information, I’m not seeing an expiration date or anything that I can change to make sure the record stays there permanently?
Also, when I marked it as NOT SPAM, it said “The sender has been whitelisted for 30 days, changes will take effect within 5-10 minutes. Thanks for feedback.” Is there a way to permanently whitelist the user/IP? This customer will likely order again and we do not want him to have any further issues placing his orders.
The plugin and authors were already setup when we took over managing the site, but the user is setup as “Guest Author With No User Account” – is that causing the issue and is there a way to change that?
And re “Field blank” – yes that “Mapped User” is the field that is blank after save.The site is running Version 4.9.0.
When I go to their profiles (for example Author > Alyssa ) and select their user from Author > Alyssa > Mapped User and then click SAVE, when the page/author reloads, the field is still blank.

I’m also noticing that if I go to Users > Alyssa > Create Author Profile for one of these two users, it loads a blank page https://kibocommerce.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=author_create_from_user&user_id=76&nonce=250f8e092f. If I do this for any other user it loads a page “Edit My Author Profile” like /wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=author&tag_ID=624&post_type=post
