Sorry for the delayed response I was away for a few days.
Hey,
So I tried to find the path listed, as did the previous designer and it does not exist.
We did find a file under plugins/portfolio-gallery/Front_end/portfolio-front-end-view.php which has the line at 2538. I’ve included a screen shot to verify here

Hi,
That is the scroll bar I was looking at removing. On certain resolutions it seems to be required to scroll the description text (1366×768).
I’m just not sure if removing it will cause an issue on lower resolutions, or if there is a way to have it only display if needed? When it is displayed greyed out it makes the text looked squished to the right side.

Thank you for that, the option was checked off, once removed it does not display the scroll bar in the picture, however it is still displayed as a greyed out slider in the description window.
