Hi @duongcuong96 , I don’t like the alternate cron method because it adds random strings in URLs when user is accessing it.
Due to my hosting provider be unable to identify the cache problem in their infrastructure, I was able to fix this issue with settings below:

    • Disabled wp-cron in my WP settings
    • Enabled a cron job to run every minute
    • Adjusted my php script timeout to 60 seconds
    • Adjusted the BackWPup settings timeout to 60 seconds
    • With that settings, the BackWPup goes back to run normal! 🙂
I would like to thank you for your patience to help, unfortunately my hosting provider was unable to assist me.

    Hi @duongcuong96

I enabled the alternative cron, but it don’t resolve my issue at all, so I disabled it after the tests. I can confirm that it was successfully enabled because the WP Crontrol plugin show a box informing that.

I contacted my hosting service and they said that cache is never used in any sites hosted in them. They confirmed the information with the internal engineering team.
And I didn’t have any cache plugin installed.

Can you show for me where in the logs let you believe that cache is enabled? They asked it for me.

    Thanks!
