I’ve done some more testing the last few days with debug mode turned on.
It seems the problem is to do with the Package Settings section of the plugin. If they are filled in it will only send that info to Canada Post even if the actual product dimensions and weight are different. If I set the Length in the settings to more than 100 cm. the proper price is returned including the oversize charge. If I leave those settings blank the plugin will only send the actual product weight. It doesn’t send dimensions.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I broke my right leg 6 weeks ago and haven’t been near my computer until today.
I would like to see an option to add the fuel surcharge and oversize charge to the total rate.

The weight I use is .001 kg. I did some more testing this morning and it seems the software ignores the weight (doesn’t even seem to add them together for multiple products) until I set it to .005 kg.
What I did:
Set quantity to 100. Set weight to .001. Got the same “Value is 0” error. Same error using the 100 quantity with weights from .002 – .004. Set weight to .005 and it returns shipping weights.
