You are correct! I voted from another network and got a vote count up to 2. Thanks for your help!
I apologize; I wasn’t clear:
– New idea is posted.
– User A votes for an idea, and the upvote count goes from 0 to 1.
– User B then votes for the same idea, and instead of the upvote count going from 1 to 2, it instead goes from 1 to 0.
I tested by logging in as myself first to give an idea an upvote. I then logged out, logged in as a test user, and when I gave the idea another vote, it reduced the count to 0. Other users in my office have experienced the same issue.
