Sumit,
Since the email notification works when the form is outside a column, and then it stops working when the same form is inside a column, I honestly doubt it’s a hosting or email configuration issue. If you’re not able to help resolve at this point I may just seek out a different form plugin since I don’t anticipate Gmail or my web hosting platform to have much say on this specific problem, which seems like a problem with the plugin.
Let me know if you have any other thoughts. Thanks.Sumit,
Thank you for looking into this. I don’t quite understand your last message. What exactly do you need me to do next to troubleshoot this?Hi Sumit,
I responded to your previous message by email but that must not have gone through. Apologies.
Yes, the form is submitting successfully, but it is not sending via email successfully.I’ve learned a little bit more about the initial problem.
I first said that the error occurs when I delete some fields from the form. I just confirmed that this is NOT true.
But I can still simulate the problem. I’ve discovered that when I place the form block in a column block, the form stops sending, even when the form was working immediately before.
Here is a screencast of this issue (let me know if you have access issues): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gB-adZq25cO3utXwIhyBq5TC8_glGEwc/view?usp=sharing
In the video, I create a new form and show how the email feature is working properly. Then I click and drag to relocate that form into the left column of a two-column section of the page. When I try to submit the form again with the new location, it does not work. Each time the form submissions show up in the Forms tab of the WordPress admin page, but the problem I’m experiencing is that the notification email is not sent as it’s supposed to.
You also asked for error logs, I’m not sure how to get these for you. Please advise.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [Image Slider Block] Arrows get misaligned when block inserted in columnI did some more troubleshooting and I believe that the issue is not that the block is inside a column, but it’s when I mess with the arrow size is when their position gets misaligned.
Resolved
Ok, super weird, but I think I fixed it.
In the Customizer, in Homepage Settings, the dropdown menu for Homepage have the options “-Select-” “Product” and “Contact”. The actively selected option in the dropdown was just blank. Well, I clicked on “-Select-” and then my home page showed up instead of the 404! Then my plugin worked flawlessly. Problem solved. Not sure why things happened this way though, haha.
