In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Missing Scheduled PostsHello Marko – I’m happy to provide any information about my setup or logs. I see that this issue has come up a few times for other users, though it looks like they all stopped replying to you before a solution was made clear. I’d love to get to the bottom of why this is occurring if you have any ideas!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Missing Scheduled PostsHello again Marko,
Unfortunately, I’m back to let you know that my posts are again showing “Missed Schedule”. This is consistent with what I’ve experienced in the past. I have the issue, I clear the cache (after the issue occurs), the issue goes away for an indeterminate amount of time, but always resurfaces.
It’s such a strange issue – if I schedule a post for 2 minutes from now, it publishes normally, no issue. But when some of my users schedule blog posts for a date a few days in the future, they occasionally miss their schedules.
Do you have any thoughts?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Missing Scheduled PostsHi Marko,
Since disabling the cache and re-enabling it, I have not experienced the issue again. This has happened before and then the issue always reoccurs, but I totally understand you can’t troubleshoot an issue which doesn’t exist. I’ll re-comment here when this issue pops up again and hopefully we’ll be able to solve once and for all then!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Missing Scheduled PostsThanks again Marko! Yes, we are using Redis for Object caching as well.
Here are screenshots of the advanced settings.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Missing Scheduled PostsThanks very much for your prompt response Marko.
We are page caching via Redis.
Would it be worth trying to set an exception for caching wp-cron?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Missing Scheduled PostsAdditional Info: I tried disabling W3 Total Cache to confirm that that was the source of the problem, then scheduled a post. It published successfully.
I then thought to try re-enabling the plugin and disabling settings one by one as noted in another similar post, but as it was re-enabled it started to work again. My guess is that it cleared the cache on disable and wiped whatever issue was preventing scheduled posts from publishing.
I’ve done this before (disable the plugin) and found that scheduled posts do work for a time, but after an indeterminate amount of time they always stop working again.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Re-activating W3 Cache Breaks Avada ThemeHello Marko,
We tried your methodology here with one additional step – we also emptied all the caches via the front-end of the plugin (not wp-cli) after doing what you described.
This appears to have fixed the issue, thank you for your help.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Re-activating W3 Cache Breaks Avada ThemeHi Marko,
Thank you again for your response.
Unfortunately, we already performed this action and it had no effect. Do you have any other suggestions?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Re-activating W3 Cache Breaks Avada ThemeHi Marko, thanks for your response.
I tried to follow the steps you mentioned. I was able to disable, save settings, and flush the cache for the Page cache, Minify, and Database cache. When I tried the same for the Object Cache, the page failed to save and then I realized nothing was loading, including the front end site. Eventually, I received a 504 error on admin and a 502 error on the user side, production. I had to restart the docker containers again to get our site back up and running.
We are using Redis with our Object Cache. Do you have any ideas as to what might be going awry?
