In reply to: [Simple Registration for WooCommerce] Signup form broken by 1.5.8Hi there,
Thank you for following up and sharing your feedback.
We understand the concerns raised regarding the role selection changes introduced in version 1.5.8 of the WC Simple Registration plugin. Based on the recent updates made by our development team, there has been a change in the way user roles are handled:
User roles are no longer assigned automatically.
Instead, an admin must now manually approve the role after receiving a new registration. You can manage this from the “Role Requests” page within your WordPress dashboard. This new approach is intentional and designed to give site administrators greater control over role assignments. While we acknowledge that this may impact workflows compared to earlier versions, it’s part of a broader shift in how role-based access is handled.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue refining the plugin. If you have any questions about managing role requests or need assistance navigating the new process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Simple Registration for WooCommerce] integration with Jobify themeHey there,
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, well it is indeed possible to have the Simple registration plugin work with the Jobify theme alongside WooComemerce plugin for purposes of creating a register form. We do have a documentation on how to create a register page with this plugin as shown here. In case you wish to have the addition of the user roles such as candidate and employer we would recommend that you refer to this guide on how to do this.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager - Company Profiles] companies doesnt show in the sitemapHi there,
After further investigation, we have noticed that this is working from our end. Please ensure you are using the latest versions of this plugin and the WP Job Manager plugin. Then make sure that you are not using this plugin alongside the company listing plugin, If so you will need to deactivate the company listing plugin to be able to use this one. Then within the job listing make sure that you add the company name under the job data of your listing. Please note that this should be typed in.
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know if you have any other queries for us on this.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager - Company Profiles] companies doesnt show in the sitemapHi there,
I have been able to notice this may be happening because their individual company links do return a 404 error. I will go ahead and forward this to our devs team to look into it and once we have an update we will let you know.
Meanwhile if you have any further questions please feel free to open another ticket and let us know.

In reply to: [Regions for WP Job Manager] Not compatible with php 8Hi there,
I have just tested the regions plugin alongside the PHP 8.0 and WP Job Manager v1.39.0 but did not encounter any issues. This have been tested using the Listify theme as well.
May I ask which issues you face upon testing this plugin with PHP 8.0. It would be best if you also opened a support ticket using the link we shared above and do include your WordPress admin credentials when creating the ticket. That way we will be able to troubleshoot the issue from our end.
Looking forward to helping you.Regards.

In reply to: [Contact Listing for WP Job Manager] [contact-form-7 404 “not found”]Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
This means that the form is likely from the contact form 7 plugin. It would be best to check if the form is published before asigning it to the contact listing settings.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out
This would definitely mean that the regions plugin here is not compatible with the theme you are using in this case the WorkScout. My recommendation would thus be to consult your theme developers on addition of this compatibility.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

In reply to: [Regions for WP Job Manager] No list on region field.Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Absolutely when the regions plugin is added it makes the regions field a required option for selection. However, if you are seeing this kind of behavior it can mean that you are using an outdated theme, or the plugin has no compatibility with the theme you are using and finally, there is another plugin conflict
To investigate the latter, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:https://kb.astoundify.com/article/checking-for-theme-plugin-conflict-with-astoundify-products/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
