Yes it does export with an XML file. These are the instructions from their site:

By the way they word it, it sounds like their framework is built on top of WordPress, but when we log into the backend editor it looks and acts nothing like WordPress.
The main issues we are concerned with are the metatags, title tags, and H1/H2s. Is there a way to automate the integration?
They say pages/posts will export, but would that include any templates too?
