On related note, my only suggestion would be for the option of additional form fields. Most people donate in honor / memory of someone for a special occasion (ie, Christmas, birthday, etc.) and typically like including a personal message with the donation acknowledgement. Other than that, GREAT plugin. I’d definitely buy a premium version if it included customizable features like those mentioned above.
