I have seemed to remedy the situation right now by deleting the plugin and re-installing it.
….but it is frustrating to have problems with almost every update of this plugin especially since it is one that my customers rely on so much.
I have gone back to the native mailer.
This problem sounds identical to mine. Can you please share the resolution here?

Screen capture of successful transaction. Customer might reasonably assume that the email has been sent. That email address is in my domain.

You can see that it has no record of that email.

You want the transcript of a successful message? The failed messages are not being logged.
There is no entry in the POST SMTP logs of either success or failure.
I am using the google smtp.
Testing through the plugin has no problem. Apparently it can send emails to my account and others as well. But it does not do so consistently.
I don’t understand what you mean by zone file but if you are talking about the dns records then yes dmarc, dkim and spf are set up properly.
Yes reply to is the same domain as the account the smtp server is sending from.

The managing of accounts receivable normally involves the tracking of both invoices and payments and partial payments. That means you might have a single payment (say a check) apply against more than one invoice and may not apply completely to an invoice ie. leave a partial amount owing on an invoice.

Since this is a problem that is known I had hoped that a solution would be out there and being discussed re: the current version of the theme. On the developers page he has an obsolete solution (that does not work with current version).
Perhaps if the developer would care to comment it would clarify the status of this issue?

In reply to: [Customizr] Menu parent links not workingI did disable all of the plug-ins and the menu continues to behave the same way.Also the menu that I sent from the screenshot appears the same way which is different from the screenshot you posted. From what I can tell this is the same way the menu behaves on the Customizr demo site; http://demo.presscustomizr.com/
What I am looking for is a means to get the parent menu item links to work which appears to be different from the default for the theme.

In reply to: [Customizr] Menu parent links not workingOn click you get the drop down for the children of the parent menu item. You cannot get the parent menu link to work. In the case of the screen shot “Environmental” is the parent page and it will not display.
I seem to be seeing a different menu system for options (from the screenshot shown).

In reply to: [Customizr] Menu parent links not workingI have the child theme installed and added only that bit of code to the style.css and it did not make a difference.
Disabling all plug-ins also does not help.
Just to be clear any top line menu item links that do not have any child pages work but the ones that have child pages do not. The child page links (formed by the dropdown) also work except for those with child pages as well.

I have purchased the aadvanced shipping plugin and after configuring shipping methods they will not appear.
I got this in the cart;
“There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
Any help much appreciated.

Ok that makes sense and basically what I assumed.
What I want to do is have a system for free drop off points. So the free shipping options might look like.
1/ free dropoff point 1
2/ free dropoff point 2
etc.Will advanced shipping accomplish that?
