I’m having a similar issue,
I’m using contact forms for the visitors to my site to get downloads.
But the log is only counting downloads from people that fill out one of the contact forms.
It’s supposed to be if someone fills out one contact form they get the download attached to it.
But the log is only counting people that download from one of the forms, one that was set up years ago. None of the new contact forms I set up get counted.
