Never mind, I found the solution. I had overlooked the dom command, which then ca be trivially adjusted to fptlip
Just to clarify – bringing the search bar to the left is easy, so is moving the navigation buttons to the right. I guess I should have framed the original question like this: how to move (1) the length drop-down menu selector to the bottom-left instead of top-left, (2) the info status bar to the bottom-center.
