    Go to buckitscents.com and add product. Manually type in a new quantity for that product in the cart. Screenshots dont appear to work in this forum. Says “Hit enter to submit new Quantity” in RED.

    Last, anyway to put change color of the Must Hit Enter to Update Qty message! Or add a white text background behind it?

    The only thing that did not change was the link in the I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITONS statement when enabled. Can I get that as well?

    The product links in the cart are blue. I want to change them to white.

    Can be seen at buckitscents.com. ONLY USE THE LAST PRODUCT ON THE LIST AND THE CART IS BELOW THAT to see it.

    The bug is that it does. It cancel.the order after the time out.

    i have done a complete barebones install. It does the same thing. I have tried every recommendation. Same thing. It does release the stock, but doe not cancel the order. It is most certainly a big in Woocommerce that needs to be fixed.

    @doublezed2 I ran the event from WP Crontrol, clicking on the Run Now link. It still does not cancel the order. No screenshot is necessary.

    After forcing it to run, it simply reschedules for the next run x minutes later as defined by the Hold Stock setting. As I said, it does let the stock go… It just doesn’t cancel the order.

    i don’t think it is a PayPal issue. The order creates when I click place order button and immediately close the popup. If I go thru the PayPal payment in the sandbox, the order status goes to processing as it should. I am 99 percent sure the issue is in woocommerce. I have also manually made orders and they never get cancelled either.

    i also used wp-control to force the cancellation process to run and it still does not.

    ill try the code snippet tonight and get back to you. But I think it won’t works because even forcing the event to run didn’t work.

    I did a new install in a different location, added nothing. Still does not set Pending Payment orders to Cancelled. Looks like this is a real bug in Woocommerce for the latest version.

    I added a manual order in pending status. That bypasses everything. Still doesnt get deleted.

    I added wp-cron.php as a cron job on the server… still bad.

    I tried your Paypal plugin. I see why it is under 2 stars. It is terrible. In any case, it changed nothing once I got it limping along. It really is pretty unusable.

    In any case, it still does not delete pending orders.

    Is there no one here that can troubleshoot the issue? I am about to flush Woocommerce down the toilet as totally unusable. I have seen this same question come up from others, but never have I seen an answer. Is there no one on your end that understand Woocommerce that can logically troubleshoot this? I have set up many stores and never have I seen so many unsolvable issues. It would be nice to have an infinitely upgradable store, but I am 2 seconds from going to Opencart again if no one has the ability to get Woocommerce working.

    First, none of those core options would create a pending payment order that would be cancellable. So they would not be worth testing at all. And since I never actually finish the Paypal payment, and the order status does go to Pending Payment as it should, Woocommerce should have no issues changing the status to Cancelled.

    Is there someone who can troubleshoot this with me?

    Sometimes I see…

    There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was:

    Unexpected HTTP response code: 404

    The problem is not those settings.

    I have Enable Stock Management checked and the Hold Stock minutes at 15.

    I do believe it releases the stock hold, but does not cancel the order.
