I also tried to start over, but when reinstall the plugin after deactivating and deleting, my invoice is still there. Is there a chance I can reset the plugin?

Yes, this is what happens after payment. I tested myself. When I use one of the admin accounts to make the purchase with exactly the same email in the order form, I have no problems; every time I receive an email when I update with send an email/invoice. But if it is a guest, they don’t get the invoice.

I have been trying to integrate Sendle for about a month now. I tried to follow the steps and instructions on documents, but I have messed up and no shipping options at the checkout. I d my best to understand these, but just can’t. Can someone help me from scratch step by step? I am happy to pay if someone can really help me. We can’t launch our website just because of this. So, if I can manage to integrate Sendle and adjust settings, we will.
