I am having a similar issue with my cart and checkout pages when I am not logged in, I only see partial info and the coupon and returning customer links don’t work. If I am logged in the site I can see it all fine and the links worked.
Can you tell me how you fixed your issue?

In reply to: Woocommerce Cart Page not loading all the wayI also just noticed on the checkout page that if you click existing customer or add coupon it doesn’t leave the page it does a karenrothnutrition.com/checkout-now# for both. So my cart and my checkout pages are not working.
NOTE: This only happens when you are not logged into the website so this happens for customers but when I am logged into the website I see the pages in full and the links work. I am stumped.

So I have the free shipping set up for orders over 500 but I also want to give free shipping to select people via a coupon. How can I do that I don’t see a option other than to create a coupon to cancel out the shipping cost.
How can I add a screenshot on here?

Settings -> media -> delete file path save and it works.

Are you using a email address from your domain in the box for sending and receiving emails? If not then try using a email address set up from your domain name. That is what fixed it for me.
