Same issue for me too!
Purging all cache from the Cloudflare plugin doesn’t work either. So that’s for sure the official plugin issue, not the WPR. Checked Audit logs to confirm.I need this too.

Have you added any regex to exclude any pages from being cached or disabling caching on the pages that contain cookies?
I have added previously but already removed.
