I am trying to confirm about this because, if you notice, the “Submit” button is not working in the “Form Preview” module is expected.

This is wonderful, then it seems everything is working as it should! Thank you for your help! @wpmudev-support7

Thank you Kris @wpmudevsupport13 ! Before I started on the suggestion, I tested a stripe payment again in the forminator preview, it wouldn’t submit again, so I checked Stripe and saw the payment was listed as ‘incomplete.’

Digging into this more, I saw this on Stripe:

‘PaymentIntent status:
requires_payment_method’

Would you know if this indicates the problem can still be solved through WP and the plugins, or does this sound like a stripe issue?
