This problem occurs on Windows 10 Firefox, Chrome and also on an android phone.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I’m not seeing any messages on screen or in my email account (including the Junk folder)….which is whyy Ithought there might be ab entry in the debug log

Hi, thanks for your rapid reply.

Do you provide the PDF addon, or is it from a third party?

So, could the user download the PDF report with their results? Can I, as admin also download the PDF or see the results in a database?
