There not difference first i setup mysite in local then upload it on live, I can create manually ticket from wp-admin side from submit screen. But i want to create that ticket by code. using wp_insert_post(). and it works also post can be create with post_type ticket. But it can’t see in ticket list at wp-admin side. Created all ticket counts also show in mine. But it not show in ticket list. I added screenshot link below. Please check it.
