Hi @helloboost, thanks for using our plugin.
It appears that the issue may be specific to your site, as we have not been able to reproduce it on our end so far.
Could you please let us know which theme you are currently using? We will try to replicate the same setup from our side for further testing.
In the meantime, please temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme, and check whether the same issue still occurs. This will help us determine whether the issue is theme related.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Hi @kittyflynn,
Thank you for the feedback, and we are sorry for the disruption. You are right that the banner should only appear on the plugin’s own settings page, not across all admin pages. This is not the intended behavior, and our development team is already working on a fix.
We appreciate you pointing it out.
Kind regards,
HermanHi @tdw02d,
Is it possible for you to create a video showing how the issue looks on your end? Also, if there’s a specific step to replicate the issue, please share it as well.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Hi @tdw02d,
I am finally able to replicate the issue when I switch back to the legacy UI. However, this issue is fixed if you are using the new UI.
So, if you are still using the legacy UI please switch to the new UI and you will no longer face the issue.
Please let us know how you go.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Hi @tdw02d,
Thanks for the further info. I will try to replicate the same on my end and bring this up to our team.
I will keep you updated!
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Hi @tdw02d,
Thank you for using CartFlows!
Did you mean you faced the issue with the previous version, and even after updating to the latest version, you still face the issue?
If you check the Changelog, this issue is fixed in the latest version we recently released.
Please share the exact steps to replicate the issue, so we can try to reproduce it on our end.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Power Coupons for WooCommerce] Filter coupons in guest cartHi @pvnanini , sorry for the delay.
In your snippet, you tried to fetch coupon code as object
$coupon->codehowever, we are passing array values, hence the code should look something like this:$coupon['code']Could you please try and see if it works?
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Hi @jxenarios, to address your points:
On the page builder requirement: CartFlows works with the default WordPress Block Editor out of the box, so there’s no need to install an additional page builder plugin. Our ready-made templates do use blocks from our Spectra plugin, but importing those templates is entirely optional. You can still create a funnel from scratch using just the Block Editor.
On the free version: The free version of CartFlows does include the core functionality to create funnels and connect with WooCommerce. While there are features that go beyond what the free version offers, the plugin is fully usable for building checkout funnels without any additional cost.
On updates: Updates for the pro version require an active subscription. Based on our records, your subscription is no longer active as it was cancelled per your request. Reactivating your subscription will restore access to future updates. If you need further assistance with this, feel free to reach out to us directly.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and hope we get the chance to turn your experience around.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊Hi @ezratr ,
Are you using the latest version of the plugin? If you are not, please update it to the latest version and see if it fixes the issue.
If you have the latest version, please check if this plugin is also installed in the `wp-content/mu-plugins’ folder. If it is, then please remove it.
Please don’t forget to do the basic troubleshooting by deactivating all plugins and keep this and WooCommerce plugins active. If it fixes the issue, there’s another plugin conflicts with this plugin.
Please let us know how you go.

In reply to: [Power Coupons for WooCommerce] Filter coupons in guest cartHi @pvnanini ,
Actually, there’s an option to hide a coupon from the slideout [screenshot], however it will also hide the coupon even for a logged-in user.
So, what you would like to achieve is coupons will not show up on the slideout for the logged-out users, i.e. when the guest checkout is enabled. Am I understanding your correctly?
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
