Thank you for your good explanation! I have sent a support ticket to Woo, and hopefully they will help out. There is a tags cloud widget in Canvas, but I would like to assign tags to individual pages, so I will need more info on this.

I am using the Woo Canvas theme for most of my sites. Still trying to track down support on this display issue from them!
Do you have any suggestions?
Your plugin is great. I just want to complete the process by being able to view the tags on the frontend.

I deactivated the plugins by changing the plugins directory name in wp-content to “plugins-deac.” I was then able to access the admin area. then go back and restore the plugins directory name.
This worked for me.

I have the same problem, except that I also get a 500 server error when attempting to reset the password. If you wish to replicate the problem I am happy to provide you with login and FTP info. I don’t think testing through various hosts will help.

Just tried a third API key, won’t work. I have attempte4d to get support from the API people (wpcloudapp.com). They have not responded to three requests for help.
If anyone can refer me to a better source of assistance, please advise.
