Thank you for taking a look at this! The images are 1024×1024 Screenshot of one of the products that isn’t showing its thumbnail is attached. I’ve tried deleting and re-attaching the image with no luck. I’ve also done the regeneration of thumbnail images before asking for help here with no luck. We have recached the site with WP Rocket and our webhost has recached the CDN with no luck as well.
We originally had it that way, but, sad to say, our customers are not the sharpest tools in the shed and couldn’t find it there. We’d get about 5-10 questions a day asking, “Where are my downloads?!?! I’m going to file a complaint as I didn’t get it in my email [It was in spam] and I don’t see it anywhere on your site!”
So we made it the first they see when they log in.
