Same here, I receive an email but no attachment. I tried changing the Backup Method from “Email Only” to “Save Locally and Email”. It did go to the local directory and it sent an email without an attachment. I tried with and without “Zip Database Backups” and it was the same thing: it did go to the local directory and I received an email without an attachment. I have iThemes 5.8.0
Some of our customers are getting the same error. I spoke with the support at Authorize.Net and they said the issue is the website is trying to submit $0 authorizations, and it needs to be $0.01 or higher.
Is there somewhere I can change this setting? The plugin is unmodified, but I don’t mind editing PHP if directed to for a short term solution.
If it helps, we are running WordPress 3.9.1, Shop 1.3.3 and Authorize.Net 1.2. I wish I could show the website, but our client would prefer us not to.
