You may have received an email after clicking the Allow and Continue button in the opt-in form. There’s nothing to worry about. When you install and activate the plugin, you’ll see a form like the one shown in the image below, followed by a confirmation message.

- Clear your browser and site cache.

The button issue has been resolved—please update to the latest version to see the fix.
Regarding the issue with cardUrl on multiple sites, we haven’t been able to reproduce it. We tested the update from version 1.0.9 to 1.0.10, and the cardUrl values are working correctly on our end.
Could you please let us know which version you updated from when you encountered this issue? That would help us investigate further.
