Thanks for your timely response! I collect payments on a separate software (all my payments are collected off-site form this specific website) Therefore, I need to communicate to my customers we accept, cash, card and check. When my customers add a product to the cart and continue to checkout it is clear it is just a request form, the payment takes place through a link in a confirmation email I send.
I was able to achieve this previously with the “take offline payments”. This would be the verbiage:
Check payments-Checks can be mailed to address on invoice or accepted day of at setup.
Cash on delivery- Accepted day of at setup
Card- Use link in confirmation email to pay before event.
The direct bank transfer option would be disabled. However none of these can be completed because the “failed to update settings error”
