Hey, NateWr, thank you very much for your quick answer. I will try to explain my friend’s organization, maybe you can give me good advice on how to put those mini plugin to use, if possible. Can I use them combined to achieve what my client wants?
I will try to explain how he’s organized, and I will make it simpler than it actually is : this guy has 6 2-party tables, that can be booked from 8pm to 9.30pm every 30 minutes.
Since you know better than anyone how your plugins work, What do you think would be the best way to set parameters so that reservations get blocked when max capacity has been reached both per time slot and per day?

The original website homepage has reappeared just now, but the other parts of the site are still not working. Let’s hope they resolve things quickly.
I really hope they haven’t been hacked. I tried to log in with my credentials and got a “wrong username or password” response. I have more than 5 projects with them and have the developer lifetime license, so I REALLY hope they straighten things up as soon as possible, or at least send a warning email to their users, explaining what’s going on.

I mean, really… you exceeded every expectation, and to be frank I never got this kind of support with PAID items, for crying out loud! You rock, kid! I wish I had 1/10th of your knowledge about WordPress and php programming.
Now, more than happily (it’s the very least I can do) I will keep my part of the promise about translating WPpizza in Italian. How do I get the catalog file so I can translate it with Poedit and give you the language files? Is there a way to contact you via private message?

I am constantly doing it anyway… as italian doesn’t seem to be a high priority language in the wordpress world, as anywhere else! :). In this case I also hope I can push my request a little higher in the features request list, I’ll be honest. Can you blame me? 🙂 In Italy we have a little saying that goes pretty much like this : “a hand helps the other hand get washed, and both hands wash the face” 🙂

If the user checks “i will pick up order myself” there is no need to set a minimum order, any order will be accepted. He just wants to hop in his van and make delivery only if the user ordered at least 20 euros worth of menu items. Which is even understandable. Is there any chance to have this implemented? I can offer to translate the backend of your plugin in Italian if you want 🙂

In reply to: [WPPizza - A Restaurant Plugin] setting a minimum order value for deliveryNo, that’s not what I meant, unless I didn’t completely understand how to use that special setting… That allows you to decide if you want to reach a specific value where delivery charges are not going to be applied.
In my case, IF you want delivery YOU ARE GOING to pay extra money.. at least that’s what the restaurant owner in my case wants. The fact is that he doesn’t want the user to be allowed to place an order WITH DELIVERY SERVICE when the order itself is below a certain value. Hope I explained myself a bit better.
