ok, I have a suspicion it’s to do with the licence key being used in the plugin ( https://elextensions.com/plugin/woocommerce-australia-post-shipping-plugin-with-print-label-tracking/ ) – I only have been given 1, which I’m trying to use on both my live and staging sites…have logged this with their support team.
