I actually un-checked the two boxes in settings, and this seemed to fix it.
Every shortcode seems to work now using 4.1.0.

However, when I update to 4.1.0., Revolution Slider shortcodes do not work. I am using the Genesis theme. Any tips?

This does work, but in a limited format……
It requires the person to re-enter their email address, and I don’t get their first and last names.
Do you have any further ideas??
