I found the solution. It is because, even in 2021, some basics WordPress themes (as Twenty Nineteen) do not show the description by the theme.
It works fine with compliant themes like Homeid, Fuzdo, maybe Beyot or Benaa that I descovered over there : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/essential-real-estate/
Which are displaying the area description through the active theme.

All properties
Add
Property type
Property status
Property feature
Property label
Province / State
City / Town
Neighborhood
Country
For exemple, Neighborhood, then Add New Neighborhood form.
Name field = OK
Slug = Fine
Description = This textarea, when I enter a content, it does not appear nowhere in the webfront. How can I show this description on the front ?
