UPDATE:
I managed to show tooltips based on the title attribute by using http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/responsive-mobile-friendly-tooltip/
Unfortunately, it is only working when loading a page, when changing month (ajax) the functionality is lost… 🙁
Any ideas?

Spent a lot of days trying to dig something from the net, tried to apply all possible solutions, this one seemed to be the more accurate:

Unfortunately, no luck.. 5:17 in the morning here, I will have to give up.. Any updates, thoughts, help regarding that? All I want to do is to have a custom tooltip on the small calendar widget.. :'(
