Hi Roy, Thanks for the help. All the orders are marked as complete, and are set to “virtual” and “downloadable” (so it did this automatically). Emails are going out, but there is no download link included.

As a short term stopgap I changed the download method to “redirect only” which fixed the issue, but I would rather not loose the security the “force downloads” method offered, so I am still looking for a solution to get the download links to appear in the emails.

I disabled W3 Total Cache, ran the update for jetpack that came out today, and tried it again- and same thing. The banner at the top says it is updated, the box still says “activate” and no changes.
The only module I didn’t have active was the image gallery, and I activated that one no problem.

Ok…. I did that, and it still is giving me the same activated, with no changes message.
