These 2 files are simple cache files having no effect and can cause no harm (note they are just .txt files).
But you are right… They should be correctly deleted during plugin uninstall to clean up properly.

Hi, this is due to the nature of how the network works.
I am sorry to see a 1 star review for this, as it is explained in both the website and the plugin description, all links are rotating every 24 hours in the network.
The network is not for dropping in and out, but for permanent usage for good results.

Issue with this is the ip of the bot changes periodically for various reasons.

The plugin inserts links according to the plugin description, as this is how the network works.
Please read the section “How does it work?”.
However, it does not and can not alter anything in your website, as it only adds links at the output level.
If links are still there after uninstalling the plugin, then this is caused by another plugin caching your pages. This cache will then need to be cleared.
In comparison to the huge amount of websites that have great results with the network, i don’t think your Google issue is related to the plugin. 1 day using the plugin, is too early to see any results at all and to get kicked from Google.You have run out of disk space in your server or hosting account where WordPress is installed.
It says “Disk quota exceeded”.

Hi… This is the link footer as described in the plugin description. It’s not a cookie box, but just a sentence which belongs to a specific keyword for a website. It’s a coincidence this sentence is about cookies.
This footer bar is removed if upgrading to VIP.

No penalizing observed due to the link building.
It is impossible for search engines to discover this network due to it’s nature.

I am sad to see a 1 star rating for this, as this is the whole purpose of joining the link building network. The free version has inbound as well as outbound links to other websites in the network.
The VIP upgrade removes these outbound links entirely, and you can enjoy only the inbound links.

I agree it’s not suitable for all websites, as stated in the plugin description.
Reason is each and every niche have different matching possibilities.
Some niches don’t have enough similar websites to match with in the network, due to the size of the network for now.
This results in lower quality matches.Please note, Ahrefs DR will always be dynamic.
When a backlink is added somewhere, it will grow. When someone removes a link, it will shrink.
It’s even more dynamic with this plugin, as backlinks are rebuild every 24 hours. It will grow over time, but not in just a couple of days.

Reason for this was the network had not websites enough in the beginning to actually make all backlinks relevant.
However, the network has now become larger. During the last couple days, a major update has been rolled out which uses these new matching possibilities of the larger network. It’s almost impossible to get a backlink now which is not in the same language, and the more the network grows, the tighter the matches becomes.
Rare foreign language websites now gets on hold until these are possible to serve matches for.
Note best matches are only available for websites having keyword optimized content and their language correctly set.
