The credentials was for user with limited access.
Also I am sending you admin password, so you can check the problem

I have the same problem. I disabled all plugins, installed WordPress Twenty Twenty-Three theme( image ), but the problem remains. The current theme is Flatsome ( image ).

You can log in and see the problem on account page
user: test
password: BarEv2022!

P.S. The site is still under development.
