I followed the last link that you posted and it does almost exactly what I need. The only problem I’m facing now is that the popup shows up at a fixed point regardless. I need the popup to show up relative to the mouse pointer. Do you happen to know how I can alter the code so I can do that?

Yeah this plugin doesn’t seem to work with the updated wordpress. Any other ideas?
