Thanks @wfyann however I am hosting with GoDaddy and it is very hard getting any questions to them. This is a recent occurance and never seen this before.

After doing further tests, I have noticed that the country blocking is causing this problem. Anyone have any ideas, as I have been blocking all countries except Australia and New Zealand?

Great stuff! It is a shame that Godaddy people dont know their stuff.They are denying they are blocking the ports and I told them that it is not only 1 site they are blocking, it is all my sites shared with them on the server.
