Once I contacted IONOS on live chat they put a ticket in and i got an email around half an hour later saying it was resolved, and when i checked it out all was good…
the message i got was “Thank you for contacting 1&1 IONOS. We would like to inform you that we have now manually disabled the “cosy-address-book” on your Managed WordPress websites and your Contact Form 7 should now be up and running.”
Hey all, this is now resolved, contacted IONOS and they resolved within 30 minutes or so… however could not do anything about the lost data
