@erania-pinnera yes, the attachment was also visible on single site. I already opened a ticket at my hosting provider and they’re not able to find any issue.

I just tested it on a different single website. Sent the exact same Email and it was published.

I haven’t tested it on a single website. User agent role is admin, so permissions should be ok

Hi,
I deleted Jetpack and installed it again. I activated post via Email, but now not email will be posted.

I’m sending the emails via the admin account and now I also attached a jpg file, but the same error:

Some attachments were rejected from the following WordPress.com Post by Email:

– floeten.jpg – Forbidden

One more information about this website. This is a multisite configuration.

Hi Gaurav,

I’m using Outlook for composing and sending emails. The email content is visible, but not the jpg file attached to the email.

I received the following Email response:

Subject: Failed attachments for WG: Test Beitrag

Some attachments were rejected from the following WordPress.com Post by Email:

– HSV-Logo-grau.png – Forbidden

Any idea?
