In reply to: [Theme My Login] repeated account locked outyou can try to lock out this ip# using windows firewall and IIS’s IPv4 address and domain restrictions.
i was able to access my site after about 12 more hours of being locked out.
if you have any other administrator level accounts, you can log on with those, and temporarily disable theme my login.

************************************************the hours are probably gmt, as they are 4 hours ahead of actual. i checked wordpress and the time is set correctly.
the email is sent every 30 or 31 minutes. the setting in theme my login is lockout for 30 minutes.
