I totally understand, you can’t make your plugin compatible with everything. I’m working with a full-stack developer on this, could you point us in the right direction for how to fix it on our own? e.g. “WCMp must be pulling X data field instead of Y, which is what WooCommerce uses for its interface.”

Sorry, I fixed it 2 days ago and forgot to close the ticket. I ended up custom coding the header and putting into the header.php file.
