I had this to happen once. I had to choose another wordpress template the old on was corrupt.

Sorry! I don’t know of any good plugins for that so I use software for that choir.

I have been looking and don’t like what I see.
Try and play around with different catching programs some do diferent things like only catching pictures or files some catch all files folders etc if this is goo with your hosting provider it will actually cut bandwith usage.
